Before your first day we’ll send you some light reading to familiarise you with the brand and business in the form of our employee handbook and brand book.

Your Ongoing Development

We value our people and we invest in your development by offering a range of opportunities. Being part of a smaller, yet global business gives everyone the chance to grow, develop and have access to functions and individuals right up to board directors. In larger, more corporate companies these opportunities don’t always exist.

Our Homegrown Programme is a variety of bite-sized training sessions that cover technical, behavioural and leadership training, available to all of our employees.
